Classification: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Full-Year or Part-Year Options Available)
Locations: Multiple locations across Montgomery, Clark, Greene, and Madison counties
Reports To: Child & Family Service Supervisor

As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the environment and experiences of our youngest learners.
Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring children's safety and active supervision the safety and active supervision of children during all parts of the daily routine.
Consistent, ongoing assessment data for all children assigned/enrolled in the classroom.
Ensuring the adult/child ratio is always maintained.
Supervising all assigned staff; conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development of the team.
Partnering with the building team to ensure quality services for children and families.
Ensuring all screenings are completed and follow up accordingly to support the growth and development of children.
Ensuring and supporting curriculum fidelity through ongoing professional development, coaching, and classroom observations (including but not limited to PQA/CLASS/ECERS/ITERS).
Reviewing and using child, classroom and program data to support growth and development for children through lesson planning, daily routines, home visits, and parent-teacher conferences.
Supporting compliance and preparation for ongoing licensing and SUTQ visits and submission of records and documentation.
Performing other duties as assigned to assist in providing quality services to children and families.

We need passionate, dedicated individuals who have:
A CDA at minimum, and will obtain an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development within 3 years from the date of hire (required).
Preferred Credentials: An Associate degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or related field; Infant Toddler CDA (for EHS).
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The ability to physically engage with children at their level, including moving quickly, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50lbs

Salary: Base salary compensation will be commensurate with meeting both Education and Experience.
